Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (if available), which will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Packaging
Every Orlina Jewellery order is carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our elegant packaging also makes it ideal for gifting.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. Orlina Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery if possible. If accepted, record a complete unboxing video and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
International Shipping
Currently, Orlina Jewellery ships only within India. We plan to introduce international shipping in the future.
